DLMM Bot is free software you run yourself. The first-run dashboard requires you to accept these terms (existing installs that have not accepted yet get a blocking prompt). If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Plain summary

• You can lose 100% of funds under the bot’s control.
• Not financial advice. Not custody. Not a managed service.
• Bugs, rugs, RPC/Jupiter/Meteora failures, and operator mistakes can cause losses.
• As-is / no warranty. You waive claims against CryptoGnome and contributors to the fullest extent the law allows.
• PolyForm Shield’s No Liability clause also applies.

What you accept in setup

1. Scroll the full Terms in the wizard (or read TERMS.md).
2. Check I accept.
3. Confirm your dash token — acceptance is stored on your volume in data/setup.json.
